I created this retreat and mastermind because I saw a real gap in what exists. There are masterminds and retreats that are deeply strategy and execution focused. There are others that go all in on mindset and personal transformation. But most force you to choose — or worse, to go to five different places to get your needs met.

The retreat is held at a private estate on the river in Newport, Washington. The setting is chosen to match the work: unhurried, immersive, and built for the kind of depth that does not happen in a hotel conference room.

The nearest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG), approximately one hour from the estate. Airfare and personal travel are not included in the retreat investment.

Each seat begins with an application and a private discovery call. Mastermind pricing is based on the package selected and will be discussed in that conversation to ensure the right fit on both sides.

What you may be
wondering.

What if I am not at $3M in revenue but feel I am at the right level for this retreat?

The application and discovery call will determine alignment more than the business revenue number itself. Revenue is a reference point, not a requirement. If this retreat resonates with where you are and where you are going, please apply. The conversation will tell us both what we need to know.

Do I have to commit to the mastermind when I register for the retreat?

No. We believe everyone who attends the retreat will want to continue in the mastermind, but we are not requiring a commitment to both upfront. You may not be ready to commit before knowing the people you will be in the room with, and we respect that.

That said, we reward decisiveness. If you are ready to commit to the mastermind ahead of the retreat, the monthly investment is $1,500/month. If you want to experience the retreat first, the monthly investment is $1,700/month. Both options can be discussed further during your discovery call.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. Because this is a small, intentionally curated room, each seat carries real weight. This will be discussed during your discovery call so expectations are clear on both sides before you commit.

What makes this different from other retreats or masterminds?

Most retreats give you inspiration. Most masterminds give you strategy. This experience is designed to give you both, alongside the identity and leadership work that makes the strategy actually stick. With four facilitators bringing distinct expertise — peak performance, leadership, transformational coaching, and business strategy — this room is built to work on every layer of what expansion actually requires.
